Seance In the Bookstore
Hello again from inside Vortex Books & Comics.
Comic book writer and novelist Clay McLeod Chapman (Carnage, Venom, Creepshow, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, etc) will be on hand yhis Saturday from 1pm to 3pm, signing the first issue of his new horror comic Seance In The Asylum!
We’ll have plenty of copies on hand (both the regular cover and the variant cover), as well as an assortment of his other comics and novels. You are also welcome to bring things from home to be signed.
And if that’s not enough to get you in the doors, filmmaker Mike Lombardo (I’m Dreaming of A White Doomsday, The Stall) will also be signing! We’ll have copies of his movies (on DVD and Blu-Ray) as well as his new book Please Don’t Tap On The Glass.
Mike’s next feature film, Dead Format, will be filmed in part here at the store next year. (The movie is set inside a video rental store). The first 15 people who show up on Saturday will get a free Dead Format video store rental sleeve, signed by Mike, at no charge!
